INDEMNIFICATION
Our clients agree to indemnify EQ STRATEGY PARTNERS INC and hold harmless from all losses, expenses and all manner of actions, claims and judgments sustained by or made against us in connection with the use of our services, any products, software or tools used.

LIMITATIONS
EQ STRATEGY PARTNERS INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; or for loss of profits, revenue, or data; whether in an action in contract, tort, product liability, strict liability, statute or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of those damages with respect to any information, service or software. Our entire liability for any claim in connection with any service shall be limited to the actual direct damages not to exceed the total amount paid to us for the service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Canada barring any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
